We ship world-wide from Byron Bay, Australia. 

• Dispatch time - within 1-2 business days.
• Free Flat Rate Australia-wide: / 2 - 5 business days.
• Express shipping Australia wide: $15.00 / 1 - 9 business days depending on your state.
• International shipping is available world-wide, shipping is calculated at checkout by your countries postal zone with Australia Post.

We ship via Australia Post, we will issue a tracking number with your bedding purchase via e-mail for your record and tracking progress of your new product

Note: All our packaging is recyclable and biodegradable, our tissue paper is compostable and aids in maintaining our paradise planet. We are involved in tree planting programs in India through the Eco-Packaging Alliance.

International Import duties & taxes

• Import Duty and taxes may occur in your country on your imported product. Please be aware of your countries custom regulations and costs on imported products, there may an additional international customs cost to your product.
• Paradise Road declares the full value of international shipments to customs and takes no responsibility for additional international custom charges that are incurred in your country.

Returns and exchanges

Your satisfaction and loving your new bedding purchase is our number one priority.

• All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase.
• 14 day return policy from date of purchase.
• Items have not been used and are returned in their original state and packaging.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable with the acceptation of damaged or defective items.
• Return postage of an item is at your cost.
• We are happy to exchange an item to the same purchase value, as we understand this is a personalised product.

Returns process

Please e-mail mehera@paradiseroadbyronbay.com.au with your return or exchange request and your reason, your feedback is important to us.

• We quality control all items as they are dispatched, as well as on all returns and exchanges.
• If you detect a fault on recieval of your product, please take a photo and send with your request, sometimes we can miss a detail.
• Your refund will be via your original payment method, unless requested otherwise.

As our bedding is hand-tailored and each textile art is hand-made, irregularities may occur during the crafting and dying process, this is part of the products aesthetic, refunds will not be provided for this purpose. 

Product colours may vary slightly to your viewing device.
