Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction and loving your new bedding purchase is our number one priority.
- All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase.
- 14 day return policy from date of purchase.
- Items have not been used and are returned in their original state & packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable with the acceptation of damaged or defective items.
- Return postage of an item is at your cost.
- We are happy to exchange an item to the same purchase value, as we understand this is a personalised product.
Returns process
Please e-mail mehera@paradiseroadbyronbay.com.au with your return or exchange request and your reason, your feedback is important to us.
- We quality control all items as they are dispatched, as well as on all returns and exchanges.
- If you detect a fault on recieval of your product, please take a photo and send with your request, sometimes we can miss a detail.
- Your refund will be via your original payment method, unless requested otherwise.
As our bedding is hand-tailored and each textile art is hand-made, irregularities may occur during the crafting & dying process, this is part of the products aesthetic, refunds will not be provided for this purpose.
