We ship world-wide from Byron Bay, Australia 

  • Dispatch time - within 1-2 business days
  • Standard Free shipping Australia wide - 1 bedding set, second is $15.50 Australia -wide / 2 - 5 business days
  • Express shipping Australia wide: $ 20.00 / 1 - 9 business days depending on your state
  • Flat rate international shipping: $ 20.00

We ship via Australia Post, we will issue a tracking number with your bedding purchase via e-mail for your record & tracking progress of your new product

All our packaging is recyclable & biodegrable, our tissue paper is compostable  & aids in maintaining our paradise planet. We are involved in tree planting programs in India through the Eco-Packaging Alliance.

International Import duties & taxes

  • Import Duty & taxes may occur in your country on your imported product. Please be aware of your countries custom regulations & costs on imported products, there may an additional international customs cost to your product
  • Paradise Road declares the full value of international shipments to customs & takes no responsibility for additional international custom charges that are incurred in your country

Returns & exchanges

Your satisfaction & loving your new bedding purchase is our number one priority

  • All returns & exchanges require proof of purchase
  • 14 day return policy from date of purchase
  • Items have not been used & are returned in their original state & packaging
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable with the acceptation of damaged or defective items
  • We are happy to exchange an item to the same purchase value, as we know this is a personalised product

It is normal for your bedding art textile to have slight irregularities, due to the intricacy of the hand-making & dying process. Refunds will not be given for this purpose.

Returns process

  • We quality control all items as they are dispatched, as well as on all returns & exchanges
  • If you detect a fault on recieval of your product, please take a photo & send with your request, sometimes we can miss a detail
  • Your refund will be via your original payment method, unless requested otherwise.

As our bedding is hand-tailored & each art textile is hand-made, irregularites may occur during the crafting & dying process, this is part of its beauty
